We provide a pro-active, efficient and planned management service. This is based that not only on our experience in the industry but focussing on the benefits we have identified and passed onto our clients.

This is a customised service requested by our clients as each one's requirements are different. We relish the challenge of working on different types of properties, that are all types of sizes and designs. We are based in West Cornwall and this for now, is our catchment area to supply our services which includes:

 

Housekeeping; Laundry and Linen Hire service; Hosting services

Our fees cover the management of our clients' properties that include fortnightly checks, all regulatory checks and licences, access to our list of trades and local services, organising/ordering, the cleaning, delivery and collection of linen for their bookings, management of the housekeepers, a secure key holding service and managing their guests stay at their properties.

All our management services contracts are on a 12 month basis.

We have a team of well trained, intelligent, diligent and pro-active housekeepers who are totally reliable. We encourage their positive attitude, especially that they take pride in the properties they clean and look after.

​

Our policy is to encourage our housekeepers keen, professional attitude to their work and place each one in a particular property that we manage. This not only keeps standards high, but they become aware of the owner's expectations, get to know the property and by taking ownership take pride in preparing it for the arrival of the guests. 

Although some of our clients have their own linen, we offer a comprehensive laundry service in an addition to our standard services.

As part of this service, we also offer a linen hire service supplying luxury, Egyptian cotton bed linen, a selection of plush, soft towels, robes, slippers, bathmats, tea towels and oven gloves. 

We are currently developing an innovative hosting service for our clients who wish their guests to receive a more personal service on their arrival.
