Our Story . . .
We have lived in Cornwall for over twenty five years. During this time, we have worked, run and owned our own holiday properties, gaining extensive experience and management in the hospitality industry.
Here at HOSTS management services, we offer a comprehensive management cover for your property all year round.
As part of this service, we have access to all the various trades in the area and due to our relationships over the years, they place our requests to them as a priority. We provide our clients with advice, support and manage all safety compliance including legal requirements.
In addition to this, as part of our management fee, we organise and manage our dedicated housekeepers to clean your property. We are also more than happy to work with clients own established cleaners and when requested, provide a checking service of each clean. If required, we will also manage the cleaning, delivery and collection of your linen or linen hire for your property from our laundry service.
Margins in any business are difficult to achieve, and we have set up this service to allow our clients to realise these and have more control. Through a planned strategy over a period of time, we reduce the risk and impact of any external changes on your business.

We have very strong views on saving our environment and take particular care of our local environment here in Cornwall.
We have initiated projects and are currently working with local businesses in developing cleaning products that are Environmentally Friendly and, in some cases, chemical free.
We are also adapting the way our housekeepers clean our clients' properties to incorporate methods than are kinder to our Environment.
